Virgin Atlantic was one of the biggest movers, climbing 27 spots to third for its “friendly crew and modern interiors.”
Also included in the ranking were other carriers such as Qantas, KM Malta Airlines, Aeromexico, Saudia, Oman Air, Brussels Airlines and LOT Polish Airlines — all of which were praised for their strong on-time performance and better customer experience.
The ratings indicate widespread progress in the airline industry, particularly among Middle Eastern and European carriers that have remained on top for comfort and reliability.
